A non-profit education/incentive-based program for limited income pregnant women and families to promote healthier pregnancies and healthier families.

Open Arms seeks to improve the health of pregnant women and parenting women with children less than 15 months of age by providing:

	An incentive program for pregnant women to get prenatal care early and regularly.
	A program for families parenting children less than 15 months of age to seek early and regular health care and immunizations for their child.
	Clothing and nursery items for eligible pregnant women and parenting families, in exchange for incentive points earned.
	Educational programs to improve women's understanding of health issues related to pregnancy, childbirth and parenting.
	Information and referrals to community resources to meet the overall special needs of the pregnant woman, her unborn baby and her family.
