Before there was 211, there was TVCRC - a comprehensive telephone referral service putting people needing help in touch with those who can help them. Proudly marking eighteen years of service in April of 2010, Treasure Valley Community Resource Center (TVCRC) remains the only agency of its kind serving Southwest Idaho and continues to offer "The Human Touch in One Stop Referral Service". HELP WANTED: Treasure Valley Community Resource Center is always seeking additional volunteers to help with telephone service, updating the directory and with publicity for the program and services. Those who may be housebound are encouraged to volunteer since many of TVCRC's needs can be met using a telephone and/or a computer.
